Introducing: The CGIAR Service Desk

ILRI and ICRAF are replacing their ICT Helpdesks

They will be replaced by a CGIAR Service Desk. What this will mean for you:

With immediate effect: You will need to know only or

  • One Service Desk phone number: X500:

2500 for ILRI Ethiopia
3500 for ILRI Kenya and
4500 for ICRAF

Existing helpdesk email addresses and phone numbers will continue to work for now.

For ICT Services to manage service delivery effectively we need to capture information about ALL incidents, problems and service requests (100%) via the new CGIAR Service Desk. Please contact the Service Desk (as above), not individual ICT staff, to make requests. Many thanks for your cooperation.
